If teachers do not come to the certification for a good reason, their certification will be postponed.
1. A teacher in the position of a specialist may be dismissed if he fails to pass the certification
When pedagogues in the position of a specialist (highly educated teacher) fail to pass the next attestation, the employer may dismiss the employee due to insufficient qualifications.
2. A specialist who fails to pass the certification will be given 3 chances
If the specialist who failed the certification is not fired, he will be involved in extraordinary certification no more than 3 times.
A pedagogue who fails to pass the attestation in any of the 3 times or who does not participate in the attestation without a valid reason (except for illness and performing state or public duties) will be dismissed due to insufficient qualifications.
3. If he does not attend the attestation with a valid reason, the attestation will be postponed
If pedagogues do not show up for attestation for a good reason, their attestation will be transferred to another term.

When pedagogues do not participate in attestation for no good reason, they are considered not to have passed attestation and their relevant qualification category (position) is lowered by one level.
A pedagogue in the position of a specialist (highly educated teacher) who does not participate in the attestation for no good reason is considered not to have passed the attestation and may be dismissed.
5. Changes in the monthly salary based on the results of the attestation are automatic
One month after the end of the certification, the list of pedagogues who have been awarded the positions of senior, first and second qualification categories and chief, leading and senior teachers according to the results will be approved, and certificates with a QR code will be issued to the pedagogues based on the list.
The results are integrated with UzASBO in order to automatically calculate changes to the monthly salaries of pedagogues whose qualification category (position) has been increased or maintained, and whose qualification category (position) has been lowered according to the results of the attestation.
6. The attestation certificate is issued electronically
Educators can go to the state service center or download the electronic certificate from their personal cabinet on the my.gov.uz portal or the official website of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
The amount of the teacher's salary, their qualification category or position is determined based on the certificate, and their wages are recalculated from the date of creation of the certificate.
7. Those who are dissatisfied with the results must file an appeal within 10 days
Educators who are dissatisfied with the results of the attestation can submit a written application (complaint) to the appeals commission within 10 days from the date of announcement of the results.
The appeal commission will be formed ten days after the start of attestation, consisting of 7 people.
The appeal to the appeal commission is made in writing or electronically through the official website of the ministry.
Information about the times of remote online consideration of appeals by the Appeals Commission will be posted on the official website of the Ministry.
8. Educators can participate in the process of reviewing the appeal
The application (complaint) is considered within ten days from the date of registration.
The applicant can participate in the review process of his application directly or remotely online.
The Appeals Commission will consider the appeal and make one of the following decisions:
A copy of the appeal commission's decision will be given to the applying pedagogue within 5 days from the date of the decision.
