In particular, he highlighted the following changes:

- this year, the amount of children's allowance will be increased from 7.5 thousand rubles to 15 thousand rubles, and the allowance for pregnant women will be increased from 8.4 thousand rubles to 16.8 thousand rubles;
- Parents with children under 1.5 years of age will receive a monthly allowance for child care even if they leave work leave early;
- the allowance for childcare up to 1.5 years old has been increased to 17.8 thousand rubles per month;
- From February 1, it was decided that the one-time payment for the birth of a child will amount to 24.6 thousand rubles, etc.
