Who is exempt from paying kindergarten fees?

According to the legislation, 15% of the total number of children in pre-school educational institutions are exempted from the payment of children from low-income families. First of all, preference is given to children of low-income families with one or both parents with disabilities of group I or II, as well as children of low-income families with the lowest average total monthly income.

The list of children of low-income families who are exempted from payment is determined and formed based on the information on the property status of the family issued by the neighborhood and the conclusion of the relevant kindergarten parents' committee.

The list of children of low-income families exempted from payment is approved by September 25 of each academic year. A reserve is formed at the expense of children of low-income families who are not included in the list, as well as those identified during the year. Vacant places as a result of suspension of kindergarten attendance of children exempted from payment will be filled from this reserve.

Also, kindergarten fees are not paid for children with the following diseases:

– Severe speech defects (rhinolalia, stuttering, children's aphasia, retardation in psycho-speech development).
- Severe hearing impairment (II-IV degree deafness).
– Severe visual impairments (blind, anophthalmos, amblyopia and low vision).
- Locomotor defects (state after all types of operations on the brain, neck, chest, spine, joints and legs; idiopathic deformations of the neck, chest, spine; kyphosis; lordosis; kyphoscoliosis; paralysis of the legs; anomalies of the development of the musculoskeletal system ; arthrozoarthritis; osteochondropathy; chondrodystrophy; children's cerebral palsy; all pathologies of locomotor organs after meningoencephalitis and birth complications (hemiparesis, paraparesis, monoparesis and similar types of plegia); polyradiculoneuritis and their complications).
- Retardation in mental development (mental retardation (retardation of mental activity and a mild degree of mental retardation).
– Complex defects (the presence of two or more developmental defects).
- The first appearance of tuberculosis (those who are in contact with a patient from the same family (household), tubviraj), as well as the period of recovery after tuberculosis.

The release of such children is carried out based on the certificate of the relevant medical institution.

Let us remind you that earlier the President said that the state will cover the cost of state kindergartens for the children of needy single women.
