These standards are defined in Order No. 282 "On approval of the improved model rules of conduct of the general secondary educational institution" (https://t.me/xtv_uz/13949).

According to it, students are prohibited from the following in the educational institution:

• in the dress and appearance prohibited by the charter of the educational institution, including boys in shorts, t-shirts, slippers, and girls in short, tight and revealing thin (silk) clothes, as well as wearing different types of clothes on the neck and fingers
• wearing jewelry;
• belittling (discrimination), using insults and obscene words, showing various (physical, mental and other) violence (bullying) in interpersonal relationships;
• upload audio and video materials to various social networks that are prohibited by law, are not typical of national and universal values, or are related to the activities of an educational institution, as well as reflect attitudes aimed at lowering the reputation of an educational institution, teachers and students
• place or use it for various malicious purposes;
• use of mobile communication devices and various audio devices during the lesson, recording the lesson process through the camera of the mobile communication device;
• on the computers of the educational institution that do not belong to the educational institution
• prepare, store, use information, as well as various video materials that are not suitable for the age of children, prohibited religious information, obscene pictures, promoting national, racial, ethnic, religious enmity, violence, any video, audio and photo materials of a pornographic nature and promotion;
• celebration of birthdays, various holiday events not specified in the legislation of Uzbekistan in the territory of the educational institution.
